I've been trading with FAP Turbo for a couple weeks now and have started getting into all the various FAP Turbo settings. I've found a lot of bad info on the web so in an attempt to sort it all out I'm going to record my investigations and results here on this blog. I hope it helps you.
I've heard some good reviews about Rob Casey's guide for FAP Turbo settings which I got free as a bonus from his site. Let's cross our fingers :)
There's a lot of FAP Turbo settings that can be adjusted to control how FAP Turbo trades and manages money. In fact it can be a little tempting at first to just dive in and start messing with the settings but I know from experience I need to do this systematically.
So far the FAP Turbo Expert Guide seems to be the real deal and Rob seems to know what he's talking about. Time will tell though. Anyway, Rob's got a list of FAP Turbo settings for the scalper strategy, actually a bunch of groups of settings so that you have a number of configurations to choose from .
The nice thing about his FAP Turbo settings groupings is that they're organized into low risk, medium risk and high risk strategies that allow you to start with low risk and then incrementally step to the next level when you feel comfortable. This makes sense because we always want to move cautiously when increasing risk to increase profits.
The FAP Turbo settings he suggests range from lower risk configurations that deal with one currency pair and only trades once a day. Then the configurations move through different levels of risk and reward by adding additional currency pairs, adjusting position size and adding the ability for multiple concurrent trades.
Rob's explanations of why changing certain FAP Turbo settings increase or decrease risk so it feels like I'll be learning a lot and not just getting a bunch of settings thrown at me with out explanation. There also seems to be a real appreciation for risk and money management in this guide which is encouraging.
As I said only time will tell if the settings in his FAP Turbo Expert Guide will prove out to be profitable, but one thing I'm sure of already is that if you're going to give FAP Turbo a try then getting this free FAP Turbo settings guide is a no brainer.
